IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes! All of your credit card information is encrypted and submitted to the PCI compliant credit card processor, Converge Elavon, to process your credit card. No credit card information is stored by Shop Talk, only special tokens on the side of the payment processor, that can be used on our site only. The token instructs the payment processor to use a credit card, but it does not contain any of your credit card details.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We offer Fedex ground shipping at a flat rate of $4.95.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shop Talk™ ships within the United States only. We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or to international addresses at this time.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Our goal is for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST, to be shipped that same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
